Installing your Privyseal, so that it always refreshes with the current date and time cannot be done in the standard, text only Android email apps.
To add your Privyseal (which is an image hosted on our server), you need an email client capable of composing HTML email.
AquaMail, Maildroid, Type Mail, Boxer and several other mail clients allow for this.
To insert your Privyseal into your signature follow these steps. The exact procedure in steps 2 & 3 will depend on your choice of email client.
1. Set your email client to compose email as HTML.
2. In Settings > Signature > Add image specify the URL of the remote image location (this is your Privyseal URL) - hyperlink the image to your PrivySeal Verification Certificate..
3. Add the desired text and save.
You should now test to see if your Privyseal is properly installed by composing a new email and seeing if your Privyseal is pulled into your new email with the current date and time. If it is properly installed, your Privyseal should always reflect the current date and time, as your Privyseal's details are checked regularly each day.
