Please note that your PrivySeal URLs are now available directly from your Certificate Issuer/s, for now you cannot get them from www.privyseal.com.
Please also note that your PrivySeal URLs now take the following format:
seals.prod.privyseal.io/your_holding_id (PrivySeal URL)
credentials.prod.privyseal.io/your_holding_id (Certificate URL)
Or, follow the step by step instructions below:
Login to Gmail Classic.
Click the Settings (or Gear) icon at the top right side of the window.
Scroll down and you will see the “Signature” section, as shown in below figure.
Click the “Insert Image” icon.
Select the “Web Address (URL)” tab.
In the “Paste an Image URL here” field, paste your Privyseal URL:
seals.prod.privyseal.io/your_holding_id
as you enter the image URL, Gmail will show its preview, as shown in below figure:
Now, select your Privyseal image (your Privyseal should be highlighted in blue to indicate it has been selected).
Click the “Link” icon.
In the “Web address” field, paste your PrivySeal Verification Certificate URL:
Click the “OK” button, as shown in below figure:
Scroll down and click the Save Changes button.
To test, create a new email.
You will see the image in your signature.
Click the image. If it is correctly linked, your PrivySeal Certificate will open a new window or a new tab.
In case of any issue, select the Privyseal by highlighting it and then add the Link to your PrivySeal Certificate by clicking Change to correctly link the image.
