You may still use your old email address to log-into your account on www.privyseal.com.
Once logged-in, please go to the Details form and add your new email address and/or mobile number. (You may then delete your old email address and/or mobile number. Going forward you will need to log-into www.privyseal.com with your new email address.)
This new email address and/or mobile number also needs to be added to your regulatory, professional or academic organisations' records. Please ensure your organisation/s records your new email address and mobile number correctly as spelling mistakes are common.
Please remember that your Privyseal cannot be re-issued with your new email address or other contact details unless the details recorded by your organisation match the details you have provided us with.
As soon as we are able to match your new contact details with those you have recorded with us, your Privyseal will be re-issued with your new contact details.
